Have you heard about the “Assessing Online Facilitation” tool created by the CSU CATS (Community of Academic Technology Staff) coalition? (humboldt.edu/aof/index.html). FRCC is investigating the tool in their fully-online Online Instructor Certification course during the Spring 2011 semester. Staff will be employing the instrument as they facilitate their course (four co-instructors). Discuss what has been learned and see if they feel that this aids in improving course delivery.
